We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join the Human Resources (HR) team in our Washington, DC, Boston, MA, or New York, NY office. The ideal candidate for this newly created position is motivated, flexible, and energized by people management and adapting quickly to a growing and changing environment. This position is primarily responsible for the staffing/scheduling of the consulting group with an eye towards overall optimization in terms of staff skill sets, project needs, and staff development.
The position requires demonstrated organizational, time management, and communication skills as well as the ability to prioritize and execute numerous projects and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
