MS Dynamics CRM BA
As a member of the Information Services (IS) Team, and under the direction of the Business Systems Manager, the MS Dynamics CRM BA will assess and capture requirements with internal customers, develop user stories, and work with external consultants in order to help deliver technology solutions that help the organization meet strategic and operational goals. This position will also act as a Project Manager effectively managing resources, schedules, and quality of deliverables through the full project life cycle.
The MS Dynamics CRM BA is a key liaison between business users and IS Team members, helping to define and manage technology projects in terms of scope, time, budget, risk, resources, and customer satisfaction. The person in this role will be a leader in project management discipline, helping drive project management methodologies and practice through the IS Team. Additionally, this position will provide excellent technical support for all applications and processes assigned, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This is a hybrid role combining and technology business analysis, project management, and application support.
