Location: Boston, MA



The Brattle Group is seeking a flexible and motivated individual with excellent customer service, time management and communication skills for a full-time Recruiter position in our Boston, MA office. This position will act as a key resource with the firm’s U.S. full life-cycle recruitment of corporate and temporary staff. This role will assist with entry-level consultant and corporate staff recruiting internationally, as needed. This position will work with the HR team on the development and implementation of an updated corporate services recruiting process. Additionally, this role will own HRIS reporting responsibilities related to recruiting. This position will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for all corporate staff including working with corporate directors to fill positions and understand their hiring needs, candidate resume selection, scheduling, distribution of materials to interviewers, interview day monitoring, collection of feedback, decision facilitation, offer and follow-up for all Brattle U.S. locations
  • Acting as liaison between hiring managers and agencies to fulfill temporary staff requests and ensuring applicable agreements are created and up to date
  • Serving as the main point of contact and administrator for applicant tracking database and scheduling software, ensuring that the firm is in compliance with government rules and regulations
  • Assisting with local employee relations/performance issues, particularly as they relate to new hires or temporary staff, looping in other HR team members as needed
  • Contributing to the completion of background checks as well as other HR related projects


The position requires strong organizational, time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle numerous projects and deliverables.

Ideal candidates will possess and have a desire to develop:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources role, with proven full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a cross-functional HR team and interface with management-level staff
  • Experience recruiting for a professional services, academic, or similar organization is highly desirable
  • Experience working with Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, or other applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to juggle shifting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, while still maintaining an acute attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters and appropriate judgment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, as necessary
