Location: Boston, MA




The Brattle Group is seeking an energetic and motivated individual with excellent customer service, time management and communication skills for a full-time Recruiter position in our Boston, MA office.

This position is primarily responsible for hiring entry-level analyst and intern positions as well as serving as the main point of contact for university relationships. The Recruiter will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team within our Human Resources department, a group focused on ensuring a culture of high performance, collegiality, and development. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Washington, DC. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full recruiting life-cycle for all entry-level consulting staff and interns which includes facilitation of on-campus events
  • Serve as main point of contact for university relationships including: campus career centers, academic contacts, and school organizations
  • Steward candidate processes and communicate with applicants to answer questions, coordinate interviews, and ensure timeliness
  • Assist with gathering candidate feedback and build offer letters
  • Research and recommend recruiting events and forums that support the firm’s initiatives, including diversity
  • Track recruiting metrics including applicant tracking information, referrals, compensation information, etc.
  • Contribute to interview training initiatives
  • Participate in on-boarding of all entry-level consulting staff and interns
  • Assist with support of other HR staff and related projects


The ideal candidate:

  • Has strong customer service orientation including excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to juggle shifting priorities, in a fast-paced environment, while still maintaining an acute attention to detail
  • Experience in a professional services firm highly desired as well as experience working with multiple locations
  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to a growing and changing environment
  • Will work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to exercise appropriate independent judgment and perform duties of a confidential nature


  • A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition environment
  • Experience with campus recruiting
  • Proficiency with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Evening and weekend work may be required
  • Ability to travel  up to 30% during fall and winter recruiting season
