Senior Employee Experience Analyst

Location: Multiple Offices

Description

The Brattle Group is seeking a motivated and flexible individual for a full-time Senior Employee Experience Analyst in our Boston, D.C., San Francisco, or Toronto office. The Senior Employee Experience Analyst is primarily responsible for executing projects under the direction of the Director of Employee Experience in line with the overall goals of the Employee Experience (EE) team as defined by the firm’s leadership. The primary focuses of this role include project and process management and execution, and data analytics.

 

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

 

  • Play an active role in Performance Management, including, but not limited to updating communications/forms, organizing meetings and tracking, updating structures to improve the giving and receiving of feedback, and creating structures for goal settings

  • Work with the EE team to ensure proper, successful and full execution of various projects related to EE’s core missions, working with others in the firm as necessary. Examples of projects include: employee recognition, alumni and internship programs, and firm-wide pulse surveys

  • Analyze existing processes to find areas of improvement or streamlining

  • Work with other groups to compile statistics to help EE in its decision-making

  • Collect, analyze, and publish data on experience and performance-related metrics for EE and other HR teams

  • Work with EE team to develop models and use metrics to drive decision-making

  • Incorporate data analysis and visualizations into EE communications

  • Manage coordination of EE sponsored events and community bonding

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, 3-6 years’ project management experience in a professional services firm highly desired; experience serving in various HR functions is ideal

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Strong MS Excel skills – Intermediate to Advanced; Experience creating insightful data visualizations using modern visualization tools a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; particularly as it relates to project management

  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Positive customer service attitude and ability to perform duties of a confidential nature

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as needed

  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to growing and changing environment
