We are looking to appoint a receptionist to our Middle East business.

Reporting to the Administration Executive it will include Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, plus offering administrative support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

General Office Admin

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.

Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

Offering administrative support across the organization

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Order office, pantry and toiletries supplies and keep inventory of stock

Arrange travel arrangement

Responsible for the Issuance of LPO to suppliers

Handles logistic for the office

Perform other clerical receptionist duties

Are you the ideal candidate?

Educated to degree or an equivalent with a good standard in both numeracy and literacy (essential).

At least 2 years minimum experience in the same role – GCC experience is a plus (essential).

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (essential).

Passionate about delivering high quality customer service.

Excellent communication skill (written and verbal).

Works well with others, as part of a team with remote based members.

Enthusiastic, self-motivated.
