Why We Need You

The People Services Manager, People & Brand, manages the HR portfolio and project resource planning; delivers priority projects, and is responsible for HR data analytics and insights for PEMCO. The People Services Manager is also responsible to work across HR teams to ensure an aligned, uniform employee experience for the Portal and other digital experiences under Human Resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager with strong communications, planning, process engineering, and analytic skills to innovate, influence, transform, inspire and drive growth for PEMCO.

Your role will be to manage the HR project and process schedule and budget aligned to strategy, vision, values and mission. You will influence operations with an eye toward the overall enterprise talent management framework. You will manage dependencies across the PEMCO ecosystem and ensure HR program delivery. You will lead select projects and tasks to enable HR Leadership and strategy delivery.

The right candidate is passionate about solving complex business problems, demonstrates ability to analyze industry benchmarks and people data, has an outside-in view and employs product design thinking. Your skill will drive the team capability to build next generation HR products and services for PEMCO.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and HR specialist functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, to deliver against HR strategy 
  • Manage program priorities, dependencies, issues and risks
  • Develop project plans and manage enterprise scale HR projects
  • Develop KPIs, analyze data and deliver actionable metrics and stakeholder reporting, and updates on HR goals and progress
  • Draft and/or help author program and project communications to drive adoption

What You Bring

  • Five or more (5+) years of experience in Program Management or Project Management
  • Five or more (5+) years of experience managing HR products, projects, processes or systems


  • Oracle HR Cloud, Tableau, ADP Workforce Now, MS Office and MS SharePoint experience
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
