  • Daily correspondence with drivers and carrier companies to ensure timely delivery of freight
  • Communication with sales teams to deliver status updates on freight
  • Frequently update database to reflect current locations of our customers’ product
  • Dictating directions to drivers through verbal and written communication
  • Negotiate rates with brokers to book company trucks
  • Other duties as needed
  • Wednesday-Sunday 7:00am-4:00pm 


  • Exceptional organization and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to learn functions of company software and technology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Prior experience with dispatching in logistics helpful but not necessary
