Duties

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests
  • Quickly communicating with carrier companies to maximize the service we provide to our customers
  • Overseeing carrier account management, including negotiating rates and agreements to maximize profit
  • Monitoring all team mailboxes
  • Stay in constant communication with top sales reps in order to fulfill as much of their customers' needs as possible
  • Contributing to projects that utilize the our CRM
  • Other duties as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • High energy and ambitious team player
  • Advanced ability to multi-task
  • Impeccable verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of various Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Excel and Word
