About the Role

This opening is for a Logistics Analyst position in the Customer Service Group based in Fremont, California. Candidates performance will be subject to peer review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with SCM and Materials team requirements and deliveries
  • Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations, escalate open orders and backlog
  • Work with materials team to prioritize materials backlog, items availability and customer requests
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare shipping invoices, as needed
  • Maintain updated records of orders received and status
  • Customer services
  • Place customer orders on time
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
  • Handle customers consignment inventory – fulfilment and usage
  • Support service team in stocking appropriate materials at the local warehouse
  • Manage customer and service team incoming voices and emails
  • Responding promptly to all inquiries especially customer inquiries
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and others
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Resolve any invoice related issues in coordination with finance
  • Support trade compliance team in resolving any customs related issues
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge of logistics and trade compliance
  • Professional attitude, is enthusiastic and reliable
  • Teamwork ability to build effective working relationships with other team members
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with diverse groups
  • Outstanding analytical ability - must have a data driven approach to solving problems
  • A detail-oriented approach: attention to details and have the drive to get things done right
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • 3 years’ experience
