Recruiting at MCR falls into our Growth Operations Organization.  This position reports directly to our Chief of Growth Operations and will serve as an integral part of the Growth Operations Leadership team. Our Lead Recruiter is responsible for leading and mentoring the recruiting team. Assisting mentoring recruiters, assisting recruiters with challenging requisitions, training new recruiters, and working with management to generate reports and productivity metrics. Also ensuring requisitions are properly resourced and assuring the recruiting team is adhering to MCR recruiting processes and procedures  
Essential Functions:
  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • 7+ years full-life cycle recruiting with the proven ability to fill multiple hard to fill positions simultaneously
  • 5+ years recruiting for Federal Government Contractor recruiting personnel with clearances including Top Secret
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions and security clearances and on a national, multi-location level.
  • Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases, experience with Taleo preferred. be able to learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Ability to handle meaningful demands, accept criticism, while being deeply adaptable and flexible.
