Do you have previous Security Management experience? Are you looking to play a meaningful role in a creative environment? If so, we are searching for someone like you to join our team of experts supporting military and DoD operations.
 
As a Security Manager III, you will provide support within the Digital Directorate  (formally known as Battle Management Directorate) at Hanscom AFB, MA. 
Your duties may include but are not limited to the following:
  • VTC facilitator for VTC systems and Global Video Services (GVS) facilitator to implement new IP-based VTC network Support and maintain all VTC Equipment
  • Assist HB Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) Equipment Custodians with regard to planning, purchasing and disposal of equipment
  • Deploy, sustain, troubleshoot and repair standard voice, data, video network and cryptographic client devices
  • Sustain and operate systems through effective troubleshooting, repair and system performance analysis
  • Perform client-level information technology support functions.  Assist to manage client user accounts and client hardware and software.  Removes and replaces components and peripherals to restore system operation.  Installs and configures software operating systems and applications.  Provides service to end-users for operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems
  • Facilitate configuration, management to include adds, moves, changes and troubleshooting between the wall outlet to the client device.  Plans, schedules, and implements installation and maintenance functions associated with voice systems.  Removes and replaces telephone instruments.  Reports security incidents and assists to execute corrective security procedures.
  • Assist with taskers to base IT personnel
  • Conduct semi-annual IT self-inspection and complete checklists
  • Acquires all required information technology support supplies through GSA, NETCENTS, AFWAY, etc.
  • Center for all incoming/outgoing Foreign Travel processing
 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree and 1 5 years of experience, 5 years of DoD support preferred. Years of experience may compensate for lack of degree
  • DISS Access and understanding
  • Active Top Secret clearance required
