DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
MCR is looking for self-starting Innovation Support analysts who can lead and implement business improvement projects and practices with strategic impact across the Space Enterprise. As part of the Atlas X team, you will remove business barriers, increase agility, enhance decision making, and deliver critical business capability to the SMC enterprise. As part of the Atlas X team, you will continuously deliver mission-focused solutions that people love by:
Conducting ongoing project and program management for innovative business improvement projects with strategic impact
Creating strategic communication products for senior leadership reporting
Providing coaching and facilitation for SMC project owners to help them succeed
Conducting research activities and creating value proposition for acquisition policy impediment pilots
Scheduling and supporting meetings with various stakeholders, organizations, and partners
Supporting outreach activities and plans to learn from entities outside SMC
Advising on culture initiatives and helping drive organizational change management
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or relevant field.
At least 5 years’ experience in program management, strategic communications, coaching and facilitation of senior government acquisition teams, acquisition research, and/or organizational change management
Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and solve problems
MS-Windows and MS-Office applications expertise
Minimum of a Secret level Security Clearance
US Citizenship is required
Expertise in the following:
Implementation of organizational innovation strategies
Building innovation capabilities in creating agile and innovative organizations
Creating organizational innovation strategy and culture plans
Certificate and/or advanced training in the following:
Innovation, Strategy, Organizational Change Management or Leadership, etc
