DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Develop a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), Total Ownership Cost (TOC) models, Analysis of Alternatives, Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV), Cost/Benefit Analysis, and other analysis as assigned;
Perform data collection and analysis to include, but not limited to, data normalization, learning curve analysis, pareto analysis;
Perform learning curve and production rate analysis;
Perform risk analysis and sensitivity studies;
Participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members;
Manage client relationships and expectations.
Active Secret clearance
3 - 10 years' experience in DoD weapon systems lifecycle cost analysis, to include major platforms (i.e., ships, aircraft, vehicles)
BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Science (Physics or Chemistry only), or Mathematics with 24 semester credit hours in quantitative analysis
Experience with U.S. Navy acquisition programs
MA/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Science (Physics or Chemistry only), or Mathematics
