As the Director of Analytics Strategy and Growth, responsible for leading the Program Analytics Division Group’s charge in Data Analytics, providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise in designing and recommending analytic approaches and methodologies, and providing solutions addressing key issues and solving our customers’ challenges.

Descriptions of Duties

  • Lead Capture and proposal efforts for opportunities within the PADG organization related to Data Analytics
  • Lead strategy development for Data Analytic Opportunities
  • Meet with customer and potential customers to understand requirements, hot buttons and assist in developing solutions for requirements
  • Provide updated technical, managerial and contractual inputs
  • Enable rapid review, summarization and dissemination of opportunities to stakeholders
  • Qualify, manage and coordinate opportunities
  • Develop winning teams for upcoming requirements
  • Facilitate/participate in bid decisions
  • Manage task orders on the contract vehicle ensuring effective and efficient project execution in delivering on time and on budget
  • Lead the development and sustainment of vehicle teaming relationships with qualified partners; actively adding and modifying partner base to facilitate growth and vehicle leverage
  • Track partner performance on proposals and performance on task orders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous exceptional management experience within DHS and other related government organizations
  • 10+ Years supporting the civilian agency customers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
