  • Develop a variety of cost estimating products such as Lifecycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), Total Ownership Cost (TOC) models, Analysis of Alternatives, Cost as an Independent Variable (CAIV), Cost/Benefit Analysis, and other analysis as assigned;
  • Perform data collection and analysis to include, but not limited to, data normalization, learning curve analysis, pareto analysis;
  • Perform learning curve and production rate analysis;
  • Perform risk analysis and sensitivity studies;
  • Participate in technical working groups with engineering, budget, schedule, and acquisition functional team members;
  • Manage client relationships and expectations.


  • 4 - 7 years' experience with federal acquisition systems lifecycle cost analysis, to include major platforms (i.e., ships, aircraft, vehicles), IT systems, and/or communication systems
  • Demonstrated skill conducted advanced mathematical, statistical, econometric, and other scientific methods
  • Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining databases and working with spreadsheets and complex models
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment and ability to coordinate and perform multiple assignments
  • Possess a Government or industry standard cost certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher


  • Experience using ACEIT
  • Active Secret clearance
  • MA/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Science (Physics or Chemistry only), or Mathematics
