DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Provide administrative management support to the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) in the development of new enabling technologies and capabilities. Selected candidate will manage work tasks internal to the office and provide administrative support to senior staff enabling timely responses to tasks and requests from internal offices and external agencies to include;
Review and/or edit the daily calendars of RCCTO senior staff to facilitate efficient and effective schedule planning.
Serve as the SharePoint Organizational Site Owner managing RCCTO SharePoint portal, and other planning tools in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and guidance provided.
Process Travel Orders in Defense Travel System (DTS) for RCCTO staff and review DTS Travel Orders and vouchers.
Support the development of briefing materials and technical papers and
provide independent technical review for accuracy and content.
Schedule conference rooms, schedule and support meetings, teleconferences and video teleconferences.
Coordinate regularly with staff performing similar functions at other RCCTO locations.
Provide data maintenance and updates to Department of Defense Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DoD ATAAPS)
Provide coordination, integration, and synchronization of events and activities.
Perform other support tasks to enhance the operations and administrative functions of the office as directed.
U.S. Citizenship with DoD SECRET Clearance
BS degree and 15 years of experience
Experience with using MS SharePoint, Outlook, and the MS Office suite of programs.
Experience with SharePoint, Defense Travel System (DTS) and DoD Automated Time and Attendance and Prototype System (ATAAPS).
Previous experience with Army programs and organizations.
Understanding and knowledge of the Army's administrative processes and procedures.
Experience supporting senior staff at the general officer or SES level.
