POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is hiring a Client Services Liaison.  The position will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle and will focus on managing relationships with client billing teams, managing special projects for Revenue Cycle, and working closely with internal and external billing teams. 
 
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships with client billing contacts and serve as primary point of contact for questions
Identify key trends and work with internal and external billing teams to resolve issues
Ensure inquiries from patients and patient representatives are addressed
Responsible for reviewing key revenue cycle metrics and working with internal or external billing team to improve results
Draft letters to patients, patient representatives, payors, and vendors as needed
Collaborate with billing teams and vendors on the implementation of process improvements
Lead the development and execution of special projects for the Revenue Cycle team
Serve as a subject matter expert and share knowledge with other teammates through developing and leading trainings, designing and implementing processes, and standardized tools across teams
Document processes and policies for the Revenue Cycle team
Manage multiple clients at once
Lead the planning and coordination of meetings
 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet resources
Required Bachelor’s Degree
Prefer two (2) years revenue cycle experience with an emphasis on accounts receivable processes required or industry expertise
