The Business Analyst - SiteFORGE is responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and participating in user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, candidates should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.​

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Responsible for Configuration Management, Access setup, Deployment of Business Process Management Workflow applications
  • Proactively monitor process execution and perform basic performance tuning.
  • Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.
  • Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performs requirements analysis.
  • Documents and communicates the results of efforts.
  • Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Works closely with clients, developers and managerial staff.
  • Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performs user acceptance testing.
  • Updates, implements and maintains procedures.
  • Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Manages competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitors deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in business analysis with experience in the Project Management discipline.
  • Experience working within Oracle/EBS/Cloud and SiteFORGE
  • Big plus if you were involved in the implementation of Oracle/EBS/Cloud and SiteFORGE
  • Familiar with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation)
  • Experience with process reengineering, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement approaches.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
