Summary: 

The A&E Sublead will be responsible for the management and execution of a team of A&E Vendors and for a small team responsible for PO’s and financial support  for  large scale wireless projects. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience to be considered.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Drives, Manages and Deploys A&E Vendors to ensure all site A&E deliverables are ordered and received within the project time frames and achieve requisite quality standards as specified by the Client. 
  • Lead and Manage External A&E Vendor deployment meetings
  • Ensures project tracker are up to date and accurate daily
  • Escalates pertinent vendor, staffing, or site issues to the AE Lead
  • Regularly update AE lead and Site Acquisition Team of AE deliverable progression and/or issues
  • Assist in maintaining and updating AE team project guidelines, workflow, and training material content
  • Manages Specialists and Project Coordinators for performance of all leasing related deliverables to meet market objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise Specialists and Project Coordinators and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Regularly interfaces with and updates the Engine Room site development, Z/P, Legal, and MLA teams to communicate project progress and issues and drive sites forward to completion.
  • Coordinates prioritization of sites and communicates with PC team, AE vendor, SSD team, AE specialists, QC manager. Makes AE Lead aware of same.
  • Drives production through effective management both internally and externally
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Proactively manages problem sites with all stakeholders to an effective resolution
  • Assigns site workload to AE vendors utilizing best practices
  • Reply to emails re: issue sites, vendor direction, provides equipment information, wet stamp requirement, deliverable revisions, etc.
  • Attends Internal SAC deployment meetings with SSD's
  • Coordinate and Escalates items to Site Acq. Leads as needed
  • Coordinates AE vedor requests (e.g. access, missing docs, LL approval needed) with Site Acq team
  • Verifies LL, Z/P, and 3rd party requirements for all AE deliverables and coordinates with AE vendor and PC team
  • Fields and effectively answers AE, SSD, Z/P specialist questions e.g. RAD discrepancies, SOW, WF process, equipment specs
  • Coordinates and communicates priority POR's with PC team
  • Coordinates and communicates vendor POR's with PC team for additional services
  • Coordinates with Site Development and PC team for SAC and client approval of additional AE services
  • Coordinates cancelled sites and accompanying billing between AE vendor and PC team
  • Ensures coordination between AE vendor and PC team regarding deliverale uploads
  • Escalates questions and issues to QC manager, MKT Flex, and AE Lead as needed
  • Attends (and leads when required) scoping / SAP meetings and identifies potential design / constructability issues
  • Perform deliverable QC as needed
  • Performs Data mining in multiple client databases for relavant needed information and historical deliverables
  • Coordinates with AE Lead regarding individual workload and requirements
  • Reports to AE Lead regarding any and all needed items
  • Trains AE vendors as needed on specific day to day processes and uploads
  • Proficient in navigating multiple client databases
  • Regularly evaluates staff work load and coordinates w/ AE Lead and AE Director for adjustments to AE Vendor and Project Control Specialists support staff.
  • Executes Project Plan - Regularly Tracks, Analyzes, Projects, Monitors and Measures quality and timeliness of AE Vendor performance, ensures projected dates are met and forecasts are up to date, timely receipt of deliverables, and overall Client satisfaction in accordance with the Project Plan and Schedule.
  • Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements.
  • Executes Quality Plan - ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to Client.
  • Resolves complex Architectural and Engineering issues

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
