The A&E Sub-Lead will be responsible for the management and execution of A&E Vendors for a large-scale wireless project. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience to be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews soft/hard audits, develops Site Development Plan and budget, obtains approval from Client.
Manages A&E Vendors for all A&E services that are required to meet market and project objectives.
Regularly evaluates A&E Vendor work load and coordinates w/A&E Lead for adjustments to project needs.
Executes Project Plan - Regularly monitors and measures quality of A&E Vendors, forecasts are accurate, ensures projected dates are met,, timely receipt of deliverables, and overall Client satisfaction in accordance with the Project Plan and Schedule.
Oversees document control and ensures compliance with customer requirements.
Executes Quality Plan - ensures accuracy of information, documents, deliverables, and forecasts provided to Client.
Resolve changes in scope of work, identify conflicts within the scope of work and communicate with all parties involved in the project.
Manage the issuance and receipt of purchase orders for A&E Vendors.
Coordinate and Deploy with Site Development to ensure that A&E Deliverables are on track and to discuss site specific issues as needed.
