We have recently launched a “game changing” solution called “Always on” that will help companies power their primary business operations without disruption with cleaner, more reliable electricity generated on-site with no combustion. We are looking for a Regional Operations Lead to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.

Location: Remote Field Office – Southern California

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, schedule, and prepare maintenance operations on Bloom Energy fuel cell installations
• Create a daily, detailed schedule of work for regional Field Service Technicians
• Manage the transition to Salesforce Lightning for the SW Region, and shepherd the program’s implementation for FS Global
• Coordinate third-party vendor logistics for preventative and planned maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage complex site projects, developing clear scope of work for Field Service Technicians and sub-contractors
• Manage, prioritize, and coordinate a queue of service work
• Interface with a technical team and share information across the organization
• Produce detailed service reports for customers and cross functional groups within the company
• Prioritize Supply Chain efforts in the procurement of service parts
• Coordinate with project managers to establish and execute system commissioning schedules to meet quarterly goals
• Manage an On-Call watch-bill for Field Service Technicians
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates. Be available and responsive through email, instant messaging, text, and cellular during working hours
• Support procedural and policy compliance

Education and Experience:
• The following MINIMUM levels of experience and or education are required:
o 6 years working on electricity, or within another technical field (e.g. Navy Nuclear Electronics/Electrical Technician, Naval Electrician, Gas Turbine Electrician)
- AND -
o 2 years assigning work activities based on priory and qualification of personnel
• Familiar with safety standards, especially those related to electrical work (OSHA & NFPA 70E)
