Our client is a professional services company specializing in logistics engineering, information technology and international development. They provide resources to assist public and private sector organizations to accomplish their mission through improved productivity, cost savings, and leveraging scarce resources.
They are currently seeking Material Handling Laborer (Ammo) in Fort Hood, Texas.
This position will perform physical tasks to transport or store materials or merchandise. Duties involve one or more of the following: manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices; unpacking, shelving, or placing items in proper storage locations; or transporting goods by hand truck, cart, or wheelbarrow.
Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Knowledgeable in U.S. Army logistics procedures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background screening.
• Ability to pass an Arms, Ammunitions and Explosives Screening.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to obtain a CAC.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years of experience in ammunitions material handling and forklift operations.
