They are currently seeking an Earned Value Management Analyst/Financial Analyst (Senior and Mid-Level) in Arlington, VA.
Primary task is providing advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets. Measure organizational performance, assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget. Analysts examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives. May employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods. Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization’s spending.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering, or related field.
• Professional experience in in EVM/financial analysis - 10 - 15 years for Sr. Earned Value Management Analyst/Financial Analyst and 5 Years for Mid-Level Earned Value Management Analyst/Financial Analyst.
• Experience working on Navy ACAT I programs.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree in Business, engineering, or related field.
• DoD/DoN Systems such as ERP.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE
• Active Secret Securiy Clearance required.
