Our client is looking for a Test & Evaluation Acquisition Analyst to serve their customer in Crystal City, VA. We are seeking a highly motivated technology and systems support professional to deliver solutions.
The Test and Evaluation (T&E) Acquisition Documentation Analyst is responsible for the planning, coordination, and development of T&E documentation to support the program’s acquisition process. Documentation includes the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), detailed test plans, and test reports. Provide support for test planning, preparation, execution and reporting of multiple test events. Prepare and/or review T&E input into other acquisition documentation. Coordinate and participate in Test Planning Working Group Meetings. Daily interaction with the Army client and the Army Test Community to include, ATEC, OTC, Army G-6, DUSA T-E, DOT&E DDT&E, etc. Lead and facilitate discussions among the Army Test Community and the Army Client to coordinate updates to documents to meet program, testing and acquisition requirements. Develop Test and Evaluation organizations yearly budget for test support and provide quarterly updates to Budget Office. Develop and present briefings on T&E documentation for PEOEIS, Army and OSD.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 6+ years experience in the DoD Acquisition Process
• Previous experience with the development and coordination of TEMPs, test plans, and test reports
• Understanding of DoD 5000.02 interim and the Defense Acquisition Guide (DAG)
• Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Technical writing experience is a plus
• Must possess strong Micro-Soft Office Product (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) skills
• Understanding of IT system development life-cycle is a plus
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and be able to work independently
• Bachelors Degree

• Active Secret clearance
