  • Manage the Data Integrity department staff/teams and all related activities/functions, including but not limited to:

    • Review of portfolio transfer loans and flow loans for data quality and illogical conditions.

    • Report data quality issues to clients and internal departments, related to recently boarded loans.

    • Make corrections to boarded loans to minimize the downstream effect of errors/illogical conditions.

    • Work the data correction mailbox in order for clients and servicing departments to facilitate corrections of identified issues, immediately after loan boarding.

    • Ensure quality and timeliness of performance in assigned tasks and that service level agreements are consistently met.

    • Responsible for various staffing duties, including payroll, performance review and measurement, goal setting, mentoring and training.

  • Prioritize projects to minimize borrower impact and effects to Servicing areas.

  • Develop and maintain staffing and process metrics in conjunction with key performance indicator (KPI) and key risk indicator (KRI).

  • Maintain department’s corporate policies and procedures.

  • Create and maintain desktop procedures used for all system data corrections.

  • Respond to compliance, due diligence and internal/external audit findings.

  • Oversee meetings with the Servicing departments to keep quality tests and corrections in line with current processes.

  • Initiate changes to quality tests, as required by changing business needs.

  • Determine root-cause of, and escalate, recurring data quality issues with clients, portfolio transfers and new loans.

  • Work with peers on process improvement initiatives and senior management assigned projects.

  • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status reports to management, monthly risk report, and monthly report card related to quality assurance vendor performance.

  • Assign Data Integrity department liaisons for internal projects.

  • Manage special projects as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • College degree preferred

  • At least 5 years management/supervisory experience

  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage servicing, specifically taxes, escrow analysis, insurance and PMI/MIP.

  • Above average knowledge of the principles of accounting and auditing procedures

  • Mortgage servicing system (MSP) experience

  • Advanced skills related to MicrosoftWord, Excel, Outlook and Passport; SharePoint; and CenBase (company system, applies to internal candidates only)

  • Ability to train, coach and mentor team members

  • Possess presentation skills with ability to facilitate meetings

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously

  • Overtime is a condition of employment
