  • Recover missing recording information utilizing public records, online resources, and established contacts.

  • Interact effectively with clients, title companies, attorneys, mortgagors, and county recorders to obtain necessary information for satisfaction completion.

  • Update tracking system with all research information and results.

  • Prepare and send correspondence to inform appropriate individuals of satisfaction status.

  • Act swiftly in resolving all inquiries in order to avoid penalty situations.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with callers, keeping them informed of satisfaction status progress.

  • Keep abreast of private label clients in order to prepare proper logo correspondence.

  • Complete penalty research and follow up with attorneys in a timely fashion.

  • Complete uniform commercial code satisfaction requirements

  • Develop rapport with county clerks’ offices in order to obtain mortgage recording information that is not accessible online.

  • Prepare necessary documents to facilitate a pre-foreclosure sales satisfaction.

  • Follow standard procedures when informing the Veterans Administration of certificate cancellation.

  • Follow state requirements and policies and procedures when completing notifications and releases to various entities, e.g. the Texas Land Board, Virgin Island releases.

  • Assist in the continuing documentation of work policies and procedures.

  • Complete all task items within the standard timeline.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.



  • College degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in satisfaction document requirements

  • Experience in obtaining loan history, check information, and letter production history

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • High level of expertise in various state recording requirements and compliance regulations

  • Understanding of the chain of title documentation required by counties and the satisfaction process

  • Comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of various financial software systems and specific client procedures

  • Knowledgeability on up-to-date county recording requirements.

  • Ability to navigate effectively through county websites and expertise in locating satisfaction and assignment recordings

  • Desire to provide the highest level of service to clients and their customers

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work within a deadline

  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work as a team member in a diverse workforce

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional demeanor and image when communicating with clients, investors and mortgagors

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
