Responsibilities:

  • Manage all systems/applications/metrics that support the New Loan Setup department, i.e. new loan interface process and the Asset Administration, Data Integrity and Record Retention areas.

  • Ensure all workstations have proper documentation and procedures.

  • Work in conjunction with Client Relations and MIS departments on roll out of system enhancements.

  • Participate in interface and enhancement testing.

  • Identify and implement process improvement efforts, utilizing data integrity review results and feedback from servicing business units.

  • Identify and implement compliance related changes/updates, as identified by legal and/or compliance committee.

  • Perform ongoing cost analysis for various areas.

  • Manage, maintain and update all flow servicing transfer instructions and Accenture procedures.

  • Maintain vendor relationship logs for annual report card scoring.

  • Ensure policies and procedures are in place and updated timely.

  • Coordinate training activities within departments of responsibility.

  • Provide support to other analysts.

  • Act as back-up support for interface testing.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

                                                             

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred

  • Experience with LPS system and Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)

  • Experience with Passport and/or Cenbase (an in-house program)

  • Proven analytical skills with a concentration in project management and database development/testing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously
