Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review for accuracy and notarize/submit for execution foreclosure post sale documents, according to internal policies and procedures, as well as state and investor guidelines.

  • Communicate with staff, management, clients, attorneys and internal Default Quality Assurance area to ensure timely execution and recording of all post sale deeds.

  • Track the recording of post sale deeds; ensure copies are uploaded to document management system.

  • Document corrections in tracking system; follow-up with processors regarding corrections.

  • Order documents and/or supporting documentation from processors to support execution of document(s).

  • Manage document execution issues from time of notification of exception to resolution.

  • Work on exception reporting, as it relates to post sale state and investor requirements.

  • Provide administrative support for the Foreclosure and Post Sale departments.

  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent

  • 3 - 5 years foreclosure experience

  • Legal background beneficial

  • Working knowledge with PC Word processing, spreadsheets and software applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail oriented with ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
