Responsibilities:

  • Manage/support all systems/applications that support implementations, servicing transfers and data integrity, i.e. conversion, deconversion, and data integrity workstations and in-house servicing transfer application (ELI), including development, enhancements and testing.

  • Ensure all workstations have proper documentation and procedures

  • Develop and maintain zone/branch code database, including any enhancements.

  • Work in conjunction with Client Relations and MIS departments on business partner database enhancements and developments.

  • Identify and implement process improvement efforts, utilizing data integrity review results and feedback from Operations.

  • Identify and implement compliance related changes/updates, as identified by legal and/or compliance committee.

  • Perform ongoing cost analysis for area departments.

  • Represent department in PMO related projects.

  • Assist with management reporting for Records department, including imaging and storage trends, business unit usage of imaging, portfolio transfer activity, service level agreement (SLA) stats, etc.

  • Assist with new loan monthly reporting for capacity and SLAs.

  • Complete dashboard reporting for all on-boarding and off-boarding activities.

  • Facilitate reporting and data requests from implementation clients.

  • Create and manage report cards by client for the various transfer operations departments.

  • Perform capacity tracking where feasible by reportable transactions.

  • Assist with aggregating audit requests (internal and SOC1), to ensure accurate and timely completion.

  • Coordinate training activities related to department databases, i.e., internal workstations, ELI, etc.

  • Act as back-up support for Data Manager for client implementations.

  • Manage projects as needed and assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

                                                             

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred

  • Experience with mortgage servicing system (MSP/Black Knight)

  • Servicing transfer experience preferred

  • Proven analytical and technical skills with a concentration in project management and database development/testing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously
