Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate weekly letter change prioritization meeting including developing agenda, reporting, and minutes of meeting.

  • Communicate with stakeholders, including legal and compliance, regarding approval and general process status of tickets within the letter workflow process.

  • Facilitate assigned steps in the change management process, including letter requirements, technical specs, and documentation.

  • Ensure communication template documentation is in required format and presented in an organized and professional manner.

  • Perform updates in the Borrower Communications Management (BCM) Platform and document reasons for changes, updates, and other pertinent information within library and platform.

  • Conduct weekly reporting on letter status, accomplishments, progress, priorities and or issues.

  • Assist with development of the letter life cycle reconciliation and quality assurance process with internal business teams and outside resources.

  • Immediately report issues and communicate gaps/potential risks.

  • Contribute toward identified solution required for reconciliation and closure.

  • Troubleshoot problems and proactively identify opportunities and gaps within the communication change process.

  • Keep abreast of developments throughout the company, along with any regulatory changes that could impact letters or requirements to create new letters.

  • Other job related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:        

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Knowledge of mortgage servicing, change management, project management preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access

  • Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work as part of a team with multiple levels and provide leadership to ensure all parties fulfill their responsibilities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to be flexible with changing business needs and work environment
