  • Work independently on finding and resolving issues for all required data fields using loan files/imaging software and mortgage servicing system workstations and maintenance screens.

  • Use loan files and imaging software to research loan documents to obtain missing information.

  • Identify and correct missing or invalid data fields using various servicing system workstation screens.

  • Set up tasks and comment log codes to track data corrections and follow-up issues.

  • Run escrow trial analysis reports for New Loans department, as well as individual finals.

  • Use various reports (Excel, Passport, Cenbase) to review servicing system workstations, specifically tax, hazard, PMI/MIP, etc. to identify issues and trends; understand and review ARMS, buydowns and balloons.

  • Obtain and disburse tax and insurance payments.

  • Work on deconversion tasks.

  • Assist in training other Data Integrity Specialists and new employees.

  • Work on special projects, both within and outside the department, as designated.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Extensive knowledge of mortgage servicing, including taxes, escrow analysis, hazard insurance, flood zone determinations, MIP/PMI, ARMS, buydowns and balloons

  • Loan document knowledge

  • Knowledge of the principles of accounting and auditing procedures, as they impact the duties and responsibilities of this position

  • Microsoft Windows skills – Word; Excel and Outlook are critical

  • Experience with mortgage servicing system (MSP/Black Knight), Macrofiche, Monarch, Passport and/or Cenbase Portal (an internal system); or other report design software

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Good organizational skills and excellent follow-up skills with ability to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Overtime is a condition of employment
