  • Review, analyze and evaluate the BCM projects to ensure proper leveraging of required business areas, systems and/or data related to major letter change needs.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with appropriate business lines and align their needs to the needs within the BCM process

  • Interact with applicable employees across all levels within the organization to facilitate the communication change and ensure that the implemented solution is clearly understood by all stakeholders

  • Leverage assistance from BCM team players to help gain efficiencies in process and maximize the overall adherence to communication change timelines

  • Perform daily tasks, such as;

  • Conduct initial review of all incoming letter requests to ensure proper documentation is included

  • Monitor the workflow of the change requests from intake to completion

  • Perform review of all letter change draft documents to ensure proper format, language and completeness compared to requirements.

  • Support letter drafting process, including both copy and logic requirements

  • Prepare and deliver required project plans, meet project deadlines and escalate risks to BCM Management timely

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on letter status, accomplishments, progress, priorities and or issues.

  • Immediately report issues and communicate gaps/potential risks.Develop and manage the identified solution required for reconciliation and closure.

  • Keep abreast of developments throughout the company, along with any regulatory changes that could impact letters or requirements to create new letters.

  • Other job related duties as assigned



  • 4-year college degree preferred and/or 4 years’ related experience in a mortgage banking industry.

  • Strong business analysis/project management or related business experience

  • Working knowledge of mortgage servicing systems (MSP preferred), database systems (Cenbase preferred), Visio, Acrobat and SharePoint

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access

  • Ability to work with all levels of individuals as a team player

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities

  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to be self-motivated and lead by example

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively recognize areas needing improvement
