  • Partner with the business as well as Copywriter in drafting letter technical specifications and requirements for borrower communications using standard templates. Produce supporting documentation that meets the standards for the intended audience (i.e. laments terms, and business jargon).

  • Ensure applicable milestones and project commitments are understood and agreed to by managers responsible for delivery, during the change control process.

  • Use all communication methods to convey business requirements and translate to technical specs, in the standard format, overview drawings, diagrams, workflow, data requirements, business case, metrics, etc.

  • Create functional information for developers to ensure rapid and accurate development of system and/or enhancements.

  • Assist Quality Assurance and Operational Change Management team during the remediation process based on findings from the Quality Assurance process.

  • Work at the direction of the department supervisor, coordinator, and project managers to develop artifacts, use cases and documentation useful to the development of borrower communications.

  • Regularly document and provide updates to management on progress and adhere to established SLA standards and turn times.

  • Follow established departmental process and procedures and proactively recognize, assess and escalate matters requiring immediate attention as needed.

  • Work independently to recognize and escalate matters of attention appropriately and timely.

  • Assist and backup the external vendor analyst.

  • Other job related duties as assigned.



  • High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent computer programming or system administration skills.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage servicing or otherwise relevant experience with or strong ability to learn mortgage servicing applications and technology background in programming (Perl, Java, Planet Press) preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and establish strong working relationships

  • Ability to work independently within pre-determined timeframes
