  • As part of a two year leadership development program, participate in a series of rotational job assignments in key functional areas of Customer Interaction, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cash Operations, Treasury, Transfer Operations and Project Management, in order to gain the knowledge and experience to prepare for a future leader role within the organization. Within the rotations you will:

    • Develop leadership and technical experience through senior leader mentoring, training, and ongoing coaching and feedback.

    • Perform job tasks, including developing policies/procedures and training, root-cause analysis, creating project plans and performing other reporting functions.

  • Build your ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team, through comprehensive leadership preparation curriculum, industry seminars and leadership forums.

  • Provide analysis on key business processes with recommendations for efficiency improvements.

  • Participate on corporate projects or initiatives to address organizational challenges.

  • Collaborate with other program members on business initiatives and projects.

  • Participate in educational training through industry/career certifications and advanced degree programs.

  • Other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

  • Demonstrated leadership experience on campus, within the community and/or in previous work experience

  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Proven record demonstrating ability to take initiative and adapt to new environments

  • Highly motivated and driven for success

  • Ideal candidate is open to a variety of career options within a financial services company
