The Recruiter has overall responsibility for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and hiring of applicants for both exempt and nonexempt staff, inclusive of clerical, technical, and administrative positions at all of Cenlar’s locations. The Recruiter must have considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the Company, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and build relationships with hiring managers and supervisors
  • Utilizes job boards and social media, and recommends recruitment sources to attract top quality candidates.
  • Regularly reviews pre-employment testing with hiring manager to enhance overall employee quality
  • Works with manager and hiring managers to establish method to build a talent pool of candidates for future recruitment needs
  • Attends community, company sponsored, and college job fairs to generate a broad pool of diverse candidates
  • Ensures EEO compliance in the hiring process
  • Assists with weekly job posting process as it relates to the open requisition reporting
  • Acts as liaison with employment agencies and coordinates temporary employee placement based upon the short term needs of the Company
  • Works with Cenlar's marketing department to create and submit advertising campaigns, including employee referral promotional programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Must have the ability manage maintain multiple HR tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of staff
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude and the ability and desire to learn, grow, and have fun working with a dynamic team of passionate professionals
