This position maintains payroll practices and procedures for timely and accurate bi-weekly payroll processing.  The employee will have contact with managerial level staff and external vendors, which requires strong written and verbal communication skills.  The position pays close attention to important deadlines, audit preparation, year-end preparation, and various other payroll activities.    

Responsibilities:

• Review ADP eTime timecards on a weekly basis for temporary and permanent employees
• Responsible for the compilation and reconciliation of all temp employee hours in ADP eTime
• Reconciles and submits temp hours to the temp agencies weekly
• Reconciles invoices related to temp employee hours submitted
• Communicates temp hour/invoice issues to agency and manager as needed
• Manages inbound calls/emails in regards to eTime time card questions
• Prepares a weekly report for data analyst on Temp employee hours
• Run eTime queries  & communicates issue to the managers to identify timecards requiring manager attention and mitigating risk of improper payroll processing 
• QC new hire files for data entry accuracy including processing W4 exemptions and/or state/local tax forms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 0 to 3 years of payroll processing experience with ADP and Enterprise eTime
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak effectively to all levels of management and employees.
• Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of HRMS/Payroll System and report writing software helpful.  (ADP WFN, ADP Reporting, ADP eTime)
