Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator is team-oriented, tech savvy, and attentive to detail. You are an integral member of the Hillel Ontario Strategy Team that works to support the organization’s infrastructure. Responsibilities include general office management, financial and IT management, coordinating logistics, and supporting the organization’s data tracking and research. 

 

Reports To : Director of Operations

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General office management; including supply ordering, filing, organizing permanent storage, responding to general inquiries via email and phone, general support for the Strategy Team and the CEO;
  • IT management; including data entry, IT maintenance, student and donor CRM management, Google Suite administration;
  • Financial management; including assisting the Operations team with day-to-day banking, processing payables/receivables, issuing payment, issuing tax receipts;
  • Provide logistical support for large organizational fundraising and strategic initiatives, including administrative support for the Board of Directors;
  • Maintain records of personnel data including staff birthdays and contact info;
  • Research projects as needed

 

What you’ll bring to the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team environment
  • Experience working with CRMs
  • Experience working with Google Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively
  • Take direction and feedback well
