Description

Ontario Systems is seeking a Manager of Professional Services for its Cloud contact management team.

Location This position will work from our Muncie, Indiana, location, which is near Ball State University and within easy commuting distance from Indianapolis. We will consider remote work arrangements once you are ingrained in the role.

What You'll Do  

Develop and own highly consultative/collaborative relationships with customers to help drive successful product implementations and to foster long-term partnerships and future service engagements  

Build and lead a high performing team to deliver successful service engagements  

Drive process improvements that ensure quick, efficient, and successful product implementations  

Support new business opportunities by collaborating with the Sales organization and/or leaders of Professional Services to prepare project estimates, and SOWs   

Plan and manage resource capacity to fulfill the business opportunities  

 

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Computer Science, AWS or related work experience preferred  

Proven experience leading and managing a team, such as managing a technical support center for external customers or managing a consulting services company     

Proven track record of driving successful delivery of service engagements with attention to budget and focus on client satisfaction  

Demonstrated performance management and development skills, including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning  

Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels ranging from corporate presidents to collections managers  

Demonstrated client facing experience and an experienced escalation manager
