Manages the Purchasing functions and colleagues to ensure high quality products and services to the standard set by the hotel, ensuring highest levels of guest, company and colleague satisfaction. As a department head, directs and/or works with Finance, Kitchen and Purchasing management team and colleagues to successfully execute all Purchasing functions; strives to continually improve guest, owner and colleague satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
To oversee the efficient running of the Purchasing operations for the Resort and Residences. Ensure adherence to company health and food safety standards as well as compliance of food handling laws of Colorado. To ensure that the Purchasing services and products meet and exceed Resort and customer expectations.
