We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and act as a supporting resource for Mangers and colleagues. 

Scope of this Position:

  • Conducts administrative tasks in a timely manner by filing documents, assisting with monthly reports and colleague administrative paperwork.
  • Assist the HR management team organizing and preparing for our monthly new hire orientation and other trainings.

  • Organizes and prepares for our monthly colleague recognition and colleague appreciations events at the direction of the HR management team.

  • He/she is part of the Loss Prevention committee, attends monthly Loss Prevention meetings, completes monthly Loss Prevention meeting notes and assist with monthly Loss Prevention training topic.

  • Assist the HR management team with benefit explanations, explanations of colleague discount programs and other HR processes.

  • Ensures that all payroll and other necessary administrative forms and paperwork are provided to other department in a timely manner.

  • Ensure the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion in all Human Resources and Payroll-related matters. 

Qualified Candidates will possess the following:

  • 1-2 years in Human Resources in related position. Prior Hotel experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

  •  Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Great attitude, team player, shows genuine care and support for colleagues

  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office) and Effective communication skills
