POSITION: Administrative Coordinator/Program Specialist – College of Social & Behavioral Sciences (FT)
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Must have 2 years of experience in relevant duties, Administrative Assistant or a similar position. This position requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. The candidate must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of relatable SIS, Recruit, Advise, and Micro-Office Suite is required. The candidate must be able to type 35 – 55 wpm. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The candidate must maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Candidate must be flexible with hours and/or schedule to meet the needs of the department and/or the university. Hours and site may vary based on need.
