Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred candidates will have knowledge and experience with audio/visual equipment and basic skills in computer operation. Applicants should be motivated and able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills. Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Mac OSX is required. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Respond to technology incidents and requests in a prompt and professional manner via the University’s Ticketing System. Maintain, refresh and inventory technology equipment as directed by the Technology Support Associate. Deliver, set up, and retrieve audio-visual equipment for use by faculty during class, assist faculty in the use of equipment. Assist in computer lab preparations including software deployment and quality assurance testing. Secure work areas and other duties assigned by the Technology Services Manager.
Hours of Employment: Monday – Friday, regular shift will be from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm (must be flexible with hours to meet the needs of the department/University).
