The Receptionist will have a wide range of duties relating to the overall function of the office. As a member of the hospitality team, the Receptionist reports to the Office Supervisor and will work with the Hospitality Specialist to ensure that daily responsibilities are completed.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Update employee and department directories
• Maintain vendor relationships for office maintenance and office supplies
• Provide support to the Partners of the firm
• Assist with organizing office and client events
• Assist in maintaining the office kitchen
• Other tasks include: office supply orders and inventories, daily mail, shipping, and conference room scheduling and upkeep

• BA/BS degree
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic with a positive, proactive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
