Full-Time Clinical Staff Pharmacist-
CPS Telepharmacy, Naperville, IL

As a full time, exempt Clinical Staff Pharmacist with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), you will work in a state-of-the art facility located in Naperville IL, with the latest resources and technology.  As a CPS Remote Solutions Pharmacist, you will fill orders for client hospitals by logging into the hospital’s order entry system remotely from our centralized Naperville IL location.  You will ensure accuracy by reviewing patient-specific laboratory data, medication orders, and the patient’s medical history.  When needed, you will interact by phone and through live-feed cameras with nurses and physicians to resolve issues and answer questions.  This position also includes supporting the Clinical Care Call Center part of the time, which involves speaking directly with patients and client facilities via telephone.  All employees work from this attractive, centraled call center located in Naperville, IL.  This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, working 5 x 8 hour shifts with varying start times between 11a-3p and includes working every other weekend (both Saturday and Sunday).


·         Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD)

·         Illinois Rph license in good standing , willingness/ability to obtain 15 additional state licenses within 6 months, with a total of 20 state licenses within 1 year REQUIRED

·         Recent clinical experience from either a residency or work experience strongly preferred

·         May consider a recent graduate or new graduate with hospital internship experience or hospital rotations

·         May consider pharmacists with long-term-care or retail experience with recent clinical experience

·         Experience and skill with pharmacy technology and software

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Skilled, efficient data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

·         Must be able to start working on a Monday (start dates are twice per month)


Setting: CPS Telepharmacy-Rx Remote Solutions is a division of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS), that provides remote pharmacy services to multiple hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across the U.S from a centralized location in Naperville, IL.  This position entails a high degree of telephone customer service, and accuracy working on quad screens in a cubicle, call center environment, from a high-security, modern office building with many amenities including a cafeteria, relaxation area, complimentary beverages and free membership to a local fitness center.
