I am aware that Statera is a professional services firm that fulfills client needs and testing may be required for the detection of substance abuse (Substance abuse Screening), as a condition of assignment, upon request of a client. The screening may also be conducted on an employee prior to and/or during the course of employment due to reasonable suspicion, randomly or following an accident. Refusal to take a required drug test, or an unexplained positive drug test result, will subject staff members to disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination.

I am also aware that Statera may require a Background screening on employees at their discretion, either before or during my term of employment with Statera. If a background screening is conducted and information is found to be in conflict with the previous information provided by myself, or in violation of Statera's policies, I may be subject to disciplinary action, up to an including immediate termination.

In the event that I am employed under Statera, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the company, and I understand that my employment is considered at-will and that I can be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, at the option of either Statera or myself.
