Role and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the General Superintendent, Electricity and Maintenance, we are seeking for our Kruger Brompton Plant a Planning and Maintenance Supervisor who is able to prepare and plan mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance in order to ensure the optimal use of resources (financial, human and physical) towards the set objectives.

More specifically, you will:

  • Promote good workplace health and safety practices and ensure compliance with existing rules;
  • Prioritize and plan required maintenance work;
  • Act as a resource person for resolving daily maintenance issues;
  • Coordinate continuous improvement processes by fostering cooperation between the various players in the Plant’s departments (technicians, engineers, schedulers…);
  • Ensure equipment reliability; and
  • Perform all other related duties.


Qualifications and Experience:

Do you have relevant experience in a similar position?

Do you have ten years’ industry experience?

Are you methodic and a team worker? Are you able to demonstrate leadership?

*Knowledge of computer systems and software (Office, JD Edwards) will be considered an asset.
