Role and Responsibilities:

 

Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, we are seeking for our Kruger Brompton Plant a Human Resources and Executive Assistant who can provide administrative support and coordinate all event-type activities related to the Human Resources Department.

More specifically, you will :

  • Plan, organize and coordinate event-type activities (retirements, OHS weeks, OHS Recognition Program and corporate activities);
  • Initiate the hiring process and make status changes in the computer system;
  • Draft internal memos and new appointment notices;
  • Complete and forward to Head Office new management employee hiring packages;
  • Update data for the Plant’s various management reports; 
  • Perform all other duties related to the position and/or required by the direct supervisor.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

Do you have a diploma of college studies in Administration or the equivalent and three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in similar positions?

Are you comfortable with computers? Are you familiar with graphic design? Do you have excellent writing skills?

Do you have excellent communication skills while also being calm and discreet?

Are you accustomed to undertaking various projects simultaneously and are you organized, responsive and efficient?

*Bilingualism (French/English) will be considered an asset!
