Reporting to the Team Lead, ASA, the primary responsability of the candidates is to  provide support and advice to box plants personnel who use Kiwiplan, by analysing reporting using identified tools and by assisting in the use of third-party applications when required.He is responsible for enabling the new processes to be developed and deployed with the business needs in mind and for contributing to the quality delivered to business users.


  • Is accountable for providing overall direction and integration for specific technologies (Kiwiplan).
  • Supports the deployment of new equipment or new product from business requirements gathering to user acceptance testing and training, to ensure business requirements are aligned with processes:
  • Assists business users when defining/reviewing the new or updated processes required by new equipment or new products and identifies improvement opportunities
  • Documents and identifies the change with the current processes
  • Gathers business requirements from business users
  • Prepares functional requirements and translates them into technology requirements
  • Designs the data structure and support its integration with the solution
  • Collaborates with the deployment teams for deploying new processes with training sessions, coaching

  • Prepares, documents and performs required tests to deploy a new version, module, function or a change.
  • Manage security access aspects (users, communication between systems, etc.) according to established corporate standards and make recommendations to protect the information.
  • Any other related tasks requested by his supervisor


  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience with manufacturing systems, with some expertise in the ERP technologies

  • Good communications skills with technical stakeholders and comfortable with communicating with non-technical stakeholders

  • A University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience


  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken;

  • Master Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Windows clients and servers, Linux servers

  • Knowledge of MS SQL and MySQL database servers

  • Knowledge of Kiwiplan or similar technology is a plus
