Sr. Marketing Representative

This individual develops marketing communications strategies, digital promotions, print materials and budgets to effectively promote MBA products and services. The incumbent will work directly with our in-house design team, association staff and Director of Marketing to support ongoing priorities. Must have strong project management skills, be a fluent writer with strong creative skills and have keen understanding of digital campaign analysis. Must have the ability to handle many projects at once especially during peak periods.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, or Liberal Arts with at least 5-7 years of experience at an ad agency or in‑house communications department, or advanced degree a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills, journalism is a plus, as well as organizational skills are essential. Requires proven analytical, research and project management capabilities. Ability to work well with others and provide leadership and project management required. Advanced knowledge and experience in area of specialization. Able to undertake relatively complex management and substantive tasks within the functional area with minimal supervision. Strong creative skills and computer skills are required. Experience in managing budgets required. Experience in associations or financial services a plus.
